- Question: In Section 1 Statement of Purpose, Paragraph 1.1, the RFP states that “CTC, a registered 501c4 non-profit organization, will be the lead entity for the Consortium” however the term “Consortium” and “CTC” are utilized interchangeably throughout the document. Please provide clarification as to whom the contracting agency will be.
Answer: The contracted entity will be White House Clinics - Question: Section 11 Sites and Services, Paragraph 11.6 Voice Services, the RFP requests SIP for both White House Clinic Berea as well as White House Clinic Richmond. Can you please provide the IPPBX make, model and software release version for the equipment at these sites?
Answer: White House Clinics current uses Shortel IP PBXs. Additional details will be discussed during contract negotiations.
