Connections Telehealth Consortium acts as the Healthcare Connect Fund program administrator and lead entity on behalf of its member consortia. We manage the network design and RFP process and we manage the USAC requirements and process for our consortia members. Currently, CTC provides services for the following regional healthcare consortia.
