- Question: Would a dedicated fiber-optic connection be a viable alternative to the wireless solution that has been requested?
Answer: Yes, all proposals will evaluated based on the criteria for cost effectiveness laid out in section 12.6 of the RFP. - Question: Can you advise what it is you need from us in order to consider our bid?
Answer: In order to submit a proposal for Ephraim McDowell’s wireless P2P connection please review section 4 of the RFP. The procedure includes creating a copy of the RFP and responding to each section with a minimal response that indicates compliance, non-compliance, understood or takes exception for each line item. Once complete email the document as well as any supporting documentation or quotes to the following address.
