- Question: We do not currently have a SPIN ID. Should I continue with submitting a response for the current service that we provide without meeting this requirement?
Answer: A proposal can be submitted for the RFP without a 498 ID (formerly known as SPIN) however you will need to get both a 498 ID and FRN from the FCC so we can process your response. Please follow the instructions in the RFP to get both a 498 ID and FRN and provide it to us when available.
