- Question: What is the current service speed being utilized at all location and is it under contract with an existing vendor through June 2020? Will this primary circuit, carry any high bandwidth video, telehealth or enterprise applications and are there backup needs?
Answer: The current service installed at both locations is Dedicated Internet Access. Foothills Health and Wellness Center is currently 200 Mbps and the Central office is 50 Mbps. Each is contracted for a portion of FY19. The circuits requested in the RFP will be the primary circuit. Usage will be discussed during contract negotiations. - Question: What telephony is currently in place and if migrating, to what platform? Is this for primary or backup? What type of callers will use the system – are they considered urgent such as ER or clinical?
Answer: Configuration details will be discussed with the selected carrier during contract negotiations. Please provide pricing for both services that handle urgent and non-urgent calls.
