- Question: As a reseller we provided the incumbent SIP service at 401 Highland Park Drive 2.5 years ago. We'd like to offer a diffrent solution this time. How would do this so our customer can time the transition right?
Answer: Contracts can be written such that the new service start date coincides with the expiration of the incumbent vendors contract. This will be discussed further during contract negotiations with the winning bidder.
