- Question: Could you clarify on what is meant by “Vendors to demonstrate a proof of concept of their offering”. Is your expectation for vendor to conduct UAT testing of the proposed service/s? If so how long would you like the testing to be conducted? Or is this requirement for the vendor to provide you with references of existing customers with similar services?
Answer: Section 4.11 reads "4.11 CTC reserves the right to require Responding Vendors to demonstrate a proof of concept of their offering."
CTC would only use this in the rare event that a non-standard unproven solution was presented. Testing methodology would be decided based on the solution presented but may include RFC 2544 benchmarking or similar. - Question: Please confirm the address for the Jasper location. The address in Section 11 does not seem correct per our records.
