- Question: Is this RFP for additional fiber services at these addresses or for reprice/upgrades of the existing active services?
Answer: The RFP is not for additional services/diversity. - Question: Page 7 of the request for proposal shows address of 183 Industrial Loop, Ste 100 Fredericksburg Tx and page 13 appendix A shows address of 140 Industrial loop , Ste 100, Fredericksburg, TX, both show same HCP 65663. Please confirm which address is correct.
Answer: 140 Industrial Loop #100, Fredericksburg TX is correct. - Question: Page 7 of request for proposal does not show Hays County MH Center, 1200 N Bishop St, San Marcos,TX nor does it show an HCP #. However it is shown in diagram appendix A as needing a 50m ELAN. Please confirm the HCP # for this location.
Answer: On page 7 the site is listed as Hays - 1200 N. Bishop San Marco, TX. This is the same site as depicted in the diagram. This location does not have an HCP number. - Question: IDD Crisic Center HCP # should be 66849 , however is shown as #66847 on 11.13 page 9. It seems this is only a typo.
Answer: 66849 is the correct HCP number. - Question: Based on our research the lowest priced proposal would be to do ELAN at all sites with FIA at main administrative site. Would you be amiable to this proposal instead of internet/vpn tunnels at the 8 sites shown on right side of Appendix A diagram?
Answer: All solutions will be considered and scored based off the criteria outlined in section 15 of the RFP. - Question: I would like to request an extension on TXTC RFP-06 in order to provide you with a comprehensive response.
Answer: Unfortunatley, due to the time constrants of the RHC funding window which closes on May 31st we are unable to extend.
