- Question: We are requesting an addition 14 days from original due date as diverse Fiber routes take additional planning time, design, and engineering.
Answer: Please disregard the diversity requirement, it is no longer required. - Question: Ethernet EP-LAN (i.e., multi point to multi point) and FIA (i.e., Fiber Internet Access) is being requested at ALL sites, correct?
Answer: Please see section 11.4 for sites requesting EP-LAN (or equivalent) and 11.6 to 11.14 for those requesting FIA (or equivalent). - Question: HCP #66847 is coming up twice but with different physical addresses. Was this an error since these are both different centers?
Answer: It does appear the HCP listed for 11.13 was incorrect, the correct HCP is 66849. However, both of these location have closed. Please disregard section 11.12 and 11.13.
